About the Role
The Affordability Team within the Credit & Affordability business unit have functional and strategic responsibility for all processes relating to the management of AGL’s hardship program, Staying Connected while ensuring we deliver industry leading support to vulnerable customers.
The Affordability team have accountability for delivering positive outcomes across critical business priorities relating to hardship and affordability.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Manage AGL’s Staying Connected customer base including improvements in business processes and treatment of active Staying Connected customers
Deliver campaigns and Initiatives related to supporting vulnerable customers participating on AGL’s Staying Connected program while reducing debt associated with the hardship portfolio
Oversee the management of AGL’s hardship policies ensuring they are aligned to Regulator expectations within the Energy Retail industry
Support the delivery of AGL’s $6M Energy Literacy funding designed to provide support to vulnerable customers
To be successful, you’ll have:
Process knowledge in credit management and collections, particularly within energy industry
The ability to analyse processes, recommend a solution & drive the solution to completion
Knowledge of AGL’s hardship Program, Staying Connected or similar industry hardship programs
Experience in business partner, stakeholder and vendor management
Proven experience as a business/operational analyst in similar or related businesses
