You willMAKE A DIFFERENCEby becoming a true strategic partner to our clients using data to explain what is happening and what they should do to improve business performance.

Working with both your Nielsen colleagues and spending time with clients, you will build partnerships to allow you to understand your client needs and requirements.

You'll use this knowledge to develop impactful data visualisations to support in depth analytics and create compelling stories that deliver the insight to drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities:
Designing, building and delivering insightful reports and analysis for use by a range of stakeholders from category managers through to C-suite management, combining scan data & Homescan panel data
Understanding our tools and systems as well as the Nielsen product portfolio and using this knowledge to think creatively to deliver new analysis, visualisations and automations to create business impact
Earning client trust and building relationships by delivering accurate and meaningful reports and analysis in a timely manner
Understanding the business need and applying solutions
Analysing information and contributing to presentations with other team members
Leveraging existing thought leadership built at Nielsen to set the scene when sharing a story with your data

About you
Minimum 3 years previous experience working in data analytics in an FMCG or retail environment
Passion for data visualisation, strong attention to detail, proactive in looking for efficiencies to drive productivity
Experience in designing, building and automating reports through Excel, Google and Tableau highly desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills, numerate and analytical
Highly organised, with the ability to own and prioritise a variety of tasks and projects, working within strict timeframes
Good understanding of shoppers, market drivers and levers for driving growth; driven to understand shopper behaviour
A problem solver and someone who is willing to take on feedback
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex and diverse stakeholders
Prior experience with scan data and Nielsen Homescan data
