This is regarding nbn and Retail Service Providers (RSPs?) needs and priorities, as well as your individual strengths, interests and development goals.The Commercial Strategy Manager role will be reporting into the Executive Manager, Commercial Strategy,

Wholesale Supply.Wholesale Supply is responsible for enabling Retail Service Providers (RSPs) on thenbnTM by developing deals that we love and customers sign with a smile, which we sustain and grow for happy returns.The Commercial Strategy Manager?s responsibilities include:Identifying, prioritising, developing and implementing strategic commercial initiatives;Lead or support the development and negotiation of the Wholesale Broadband Agreement (and other customer offers and supply arrangements);Build united partnerships with RSPs and internal stakeholders;Developing and negotiating new customer offers for the supply of products and services emerging from nbn?s New Business and Innovations team;Managing nbn?s channel to market for the development of its standard form of access agreement (known as the nbn? Multilateral SFAA Forum);Handling customer disputes, including managing nbn?s scheme for the resolution of disputes consistently with nbn?s non-discrimination obligations (known as the nbn? Dispute Management Scheme);Owning and continuously improving nbn?s business processes (as well as the metrics and tools for tracking, measuring and analysing performance) for developing deals (?Develop Wholesale Supply Deals process?) and obtaining approvals (?Wholesale Supply Approvals? process).A bit about youYou?ll need to be commercially savvy, a great diplomat and know your way around contracts all at the same time. Experience in developing supply arrangements and contractual terms, balancing complex commercial, operational, legal and regulatory imperatives. Experience in negotiating complex commercial, operational and technical outcomes, engaging bilaterally with customers and multilaterally with industry to agree supply arrangements.You will identify and realise opportunities to create or unlock value, develop, oversee the development of, high quality and highly persuasive strategic, commercial and contractual collateral, influence, negotiate with and persuade internal and external stakeholders.Please note that this role is available on a 24-Month Max Term Contract.Life at nbnAtnbnour people have a clear and shared purpose - empowering Australians to and redefine the way they live, work and play into the future.
