About the Role

Connectnow (an AGL owned business) is a moving home service. If you’re moving home - Connectnow helps you find suppliers in your area and arrange services all at once. Our team lead the industry for delivering outstanding customer experiences and are proud to represent some of Australia’s iconic Real Estate brands.
Having helped over a million Australians move home over the last 15 years, we are now looking for passionate and talented people to join our growing team. With a role that is warm sales, no complaints and consistently delivers great customer experience.
What’s different about this role to other sales roles? Our clients are expecting your call. Your role will be to liaise with Real Estate Agents and their movers to arrange electricity, gas, internet, pay tv, home phone and more for them at their new property. We take the stress out of the move for them.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Discuss and organise a broad range of services to remove the stress of moving home for our customers; so, we want you to be engaging and great to listen to.
Deliver the best customer experience, ensuring we adhere to our regulatory and compliance requirements, we want our customers to love and trust the service they receive.
Deliver on your KPI's - we perform, and we love people who want to succeed in their jobs, we’ll reward you well for doing so.
Actively participate in team discussions, meetings, and other team forums, to impart insights and continually acquire knowledge and skills to achieve sales targets
About You

You are passionate about delivering new, innovative experiences for our customers. You are a problem solver; who seeks out the best outcome for both the customer and business. You thrive in an environment where customers’ expectations are meet.
To be successful, you’ll have:
A vibrant and energetic personality, driven by your own success and working in a team environment
A positive attitude, strong negotiation skills and a willingness to learn
An ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with a diverse range of customers to understand their full needs and help them connect services to their new home
Availability to work on a rotational roster between Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm & occasional Saturdays between 8am - 1pm. (Saturdays are paid at overtime rates)
