We create value for our customers by providing high quality and seamless services to minimise the cost of currency management.Armaguard is currently seeking a suitably qualified individual to fill the role of Compliance Auditor based in Essendon, Victoria. Reporting to the National Compliance Manager,

you will undertake compliance audits across Armaguard Group sites within Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the National Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:Preparing and performing internal audits according to set guidelines in the following areas:Branch operational controls, procedures and systemsBranch security systems, controls and testingWorkplace Health & Safety ManagementLegislative and regulatory compliance
Completing post audit follow up to ensure actions have been implemented within time frames.
Building collaborative partnerships with Manager’s whilst maintaining independence and objectivity.
Risk assessment and management.
Training and coaching.
The successful candidate will possess the following:Demonstrated ability to identify and assess risk.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret legislation, regulations and procedures and apply techniques to assess compliance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent report writing capabilities.
Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to adapt to suit different circumstances.
Strong computer literacy in applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project.
Broad understanding of financial indicators with an ability to understand and interpret spread sheets and financial information.
Exceptional time management and task prioritisation skills.
Tertiary qualification in Commerce, or related discipline (desirable).
