About the Role
The Work Management Manager is responsible for the standard, processes and frameworks to ensure that Group Operations is performing the right work, at the right time, the right way, and for the right cost.
The incumbent will define and support the business to achieve best practice in Work Management.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Create and communicate the vision of what best practice Work Management looks like
Define and implement key performance indicators to drive Work Management excellence
Develop and deploy the Work Management and CMMS standards, business rules and processes
Support Group Operations to embed and leverage the new SAP systems and processes
Review & update Work Management Master Data Standards in consultation with master data stewards & administrators
Review daily master data requests entered into SAP & assess for global impact. Assign to Master data Administrators accordingly
Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment Systems and goals are introduced and adhered to while meeting the organisations policies and standards for HSE Management
Demonstrate AGL Values, by acting in the best interests of AGL at all times
To be successful, you’ll have:
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or significant Trade experience
Expertise in understanding Work Management, OPEX budgets & SAP Plant Maintenance
Demonstrated leadership skills with proven experience of supporting your team through change
Excellent communications and influencing skills at all levels of the business
