Executive Officer required for an innovative utility provider, located in a stunning office in the south east

This recognised government utility provider provides innovative and cost-saving solutions to the community and are committed to delivering excellent service to their customers and provide support in the easiest way possible. Their office based in the South Eastern Suburbs is requiring an Executive Officer to join their diverse and fast-paced team.
Your new role
You will be working within a dynamic and vibrant environment and full time contract position which will have opportunity for permanency until will see you reporting into the General Manager and perform a range of administrative tasks to provide support,
including, but not limited to;
Diary and email management of the General Manager and coordination of all correspondence and communications
Fulfil secretariat functions including reviews of all documentation and papers as required
Book meetings, taking minutes and be responsible for scheduling of appointments
Handling all documentation according to policies and guidelines correctly
Booking relevant interstate and international travel arrangements/approving travel requests
Catering when required for events
Responsible for complex written correspondence, papers and presentations for executive and board meetings as required
Manage the wider team's workflows, emails and calls when required
Liaising with external and internal stakeholders effectively
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role it will be highly regarded to have previously worked within a large commercial industry such as telco, engineering, construction, property or utilities industry in an executive officer position. They will also possess the ability to execute all tasks efficiently within given time frames and be self-motivated. This role requires a highly self-driven and organised candidate with excellent communication and stakeholder skills who is able to navigate competing demands whilst providing value through the committee and to upcoming projects and support to the wider Executive Team. A Diploma of Business Administration is highly regarded as well as experience with budget principles and advanced Microsoft Suite package abilities.
