Procurement & Cost Control Officer - Contractor Management TeamWe are looking for a highly organised individual to assist this Contractor Management Team team with one of their high value, long-term programme of maintenance work.This varied and interesting role involves:Providing support to the contractor management team; co-ordinating contactor meetings, assisting with some elements of contract management
Project services support; assisting with risk management and reporting, preparation of documents etc
Reviewing high volume invoices against contract terms and conditions.

Skills sought:
Good stakeholder management and people skills

Highly organised
Data interrogation skills
Very competent in Excel and SAP
Confident dealing with contractors and disputing charges
Understanding of commercials in contracts
Experience within a Project Delivery Environment (eg major mining or oil and gas project delivery)
Experience with a projects contracts / procurement / commercial department.
Drive for continuous improvement.
