The Opportunity

We currently have a new opportunity for a casual Sales Assistants to join our energetic and dynamic Residential team supporting our Sales Consultants by providing assistance with; sales centre activities, sales administration and customer service-related duties. This position is an ideal entry level opportunity for those currently studying Property, or those seeking flexible hours.

These opportunities will be based out on site across Northern and South Eastern suburbs and Melbourne CBD.

You be responsible for:
Providing administration support to a team of busy Sales Consultants
Ensure superior customer service in welcoming customers, attending to all enquiries including face to face and over our digital platforms
Data base management and data entry
Preparing sales reports and documents as required
Coordinate Sales and Marketing related functions of display suite openings and project launches
Maintain high level of presentation and adequate stocks for display suites and sales offices
Check sales boards are up to date for the team
Booking of appointments in diaries via Outlook
Attend and minute weekly meetings as required
Provide adhoc support to Sales & Marketing team as required
Helping to arrange site meetings and inductions

To be successful in the role:
Experience working within the residential property sector is ideal however not essential
1-2 years administration / customer service experience
Current drivers’ licence as you will be required to travel to our active sites
Strong customer service background and attitude is essential to the success of this role
Demonstrate a high level of initiative and autonomy
Illustrate commitment, dedication and enthusiasm
Excellent presentation skills
Flexibility in being available to work weekends
Ability to use Microsoft packages including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Experience with database management (salesforce preferable)
