Customer Service Contract Administrator

You are responsible for the overall Customer Services (CS) Contract Administration within the District.
Working with the District CS Sales Specialist and CS Marketing Team to administer and proactively manage the District Service Contracts in accordance with the CS and District sales strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to make a direct impact on Philips' Commercial and wider organizational Customer Support and Operational priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing Service Contracts by using internal tools and working with the broader team to provide timely and accurate input to support business growth.
Developing pro-active strategies to successfully maintain Customer satisfaction relating to Service Contracts.
Maintaining & managing an accurate and relevant sales funnel for all sales leads in the territory
Ensuring customer Install Base and Central Funnel database is accurate and current.
Proactively maintaining and increasing CS service contracts for Install Base
Proactive execution for the sales of out of warranty contracts, higher-level CS contracts, and renewal of CS contracts.
You will report to the District Manager for QLD and work closely with a team of passionate and enthusiastic Account Managers, responsible for selling the medical equipment pertaining to the service agreement contracts, which you will be dealing with. More broadly, you will be working as part of the Philips Healthcare team and have daily interactions with internal stakeholders from across the business.
We are looking for:
Ideally, experience in an Account Management/ B2B service sales experience
Strong ability of selling, negotiating and contracts with a working knowledge of Healthcare industry
Influential interpersonal and Customer Services skills with the ability to build long-term and trusting customer relationships both internally and externally
Knowledge of compiling service contracts, pricing schedules or quotations
The ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a project-driven and fast-paced commercial environment
