ABOUT THE POSITION

Practice Acceleration are currently seeking a committed, enthusiastic and confident Sales & Marketing Consultant to join their rapidly growing Business Coaching and Marketing Business in Kent Town, Adelaide.


You will be responsible for consulting with business owners who have applied to join their program via advanced marketing funnels and enrolling them in their program. You will be speaking to pre-sold in-bound leads that are booked for you every day. To note – there is ZERO cold calling required here.


In addition - you will be part of an open-planned office surrounded by their team and values where they constantly have stand-ups, share wins, knowledge and reflections. In addition, in the background they will probably be running pod-casts, shooting videos and generating new products/materials or preparing for an event where everyone jumps in.

It is a full time position that reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, while also working closely with other key members of the team.


This position requires you to work hard and immerse yourself in the team goals and marketing strategies. Our Client is looking for someone who is an A player who wants to continue to build a career with them.


Duties and Responsibilities

Here are some of the things you will be doing:-

- Actively communicating with in-bound prospects that approach Practice Acceleration with their advanced FB messenger, SMS and email marketing systems.
- Leading the client experience. It’s your role to interview in-bound leads on the phone who have already booked an appointment with you via their online marketing funnels and determine IF they are a fit for them.
- Supporting members in their community through their Facebook forum by answering questions on Marketing.
- Enrolling clients in their program. You’ll be guiding the “right fit” clients through their program offering and enrolling them in our high performance business programs to grow each their business.
- You will plan, schedule, implement and evaluate digital campaigns with the aim of driving more leads to the business (don’t worry – you will be taught how to do this).
- Successfully smashing revenue goals.
- Welcoming new clients to the coaching and marketing program.
- Working with the team and clients at their local and international client training events (they run the biggest event in Australia in business coaching 2 x yearly).
- Support clients via training calls to ensure they successfully grow their businesses using their unique business growth strategies, tactics and frameworks.

They are famous for their social media marketing strategies and whilst you don’t need to be an internet marketer yourself, you do need to at least have a passion for it. The rest you can be trained in if you are happy to follow process, scripts and are passionate about getting results for people.

If you answered yes to ALL the above….successful candidates MUST ALSO be able to demonstrate a background of:-

- Business and/or Marketing tertiary level qualifications and interest.
- 2 years in a sales/client interfacing/KPI environment where you are passionate about delivering results for your clients/customers (you can have more year experience however need to be prepared to potentially be untrained and retrained in their processes and conversations).

To be really clear and open/honest - Here's who this position is NOT for:

- Those who are looking for a temporary “stepping stone” or think they are the best already and have nothing else to learn. The lucky person who gets accepted will have more career progression available here than ANY other company in marketing.
- The people who haven't read a business book, autobiography or listened to a podcast about business, leadership, process automation or marketing in a very long time.
- The people who don’t LOVE sales and marketing and business. This is a complete obsession for them. You must be ALL IN.
