Do you have experience in identifying, measuring and building skills and capability within an organisation to ensure attraction and retention of employees?
We are looking for a Talent Management Coordinator who has experience in developing talent management programs, succession planning and capability building to ensure our staff have the relevant skills to perform their roles, and to continue developing their capability for professional growth.
About the role
The Coordinator Talent Development provides advice,
supports initiatives and manages issues impacting the development and implementation of strategic workforce programs that grow capability and agility for volunteering and staffing to contribute to the achievement of organisation priorities for NSW SES.
