Chief Transformation Officer (CTO)
Monash Health is an impressive organisation of seven public hospitals, 21 community sites, five aged care facilities, university affiliated international research and tertiary education. We provide healthcare services available to over 1.3 million people, for the entire lifespan from pre-birth to palliative care and all stages in between, that supports the delivery of clinical care.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) will lead the Transformation Office (TO) and as the senior “change leader” at Monash Health,
will be responsible for coordinating and keeping on track how the health service operates and implements change.
Key responsibilities will include the planning and orchestration of the transformation, leveraging a consistent methodology that focuses on organisational performance and health. Working with the leadership team the CTO will challenge leaders to re-examine how things are done, questioning their assumptions about what is possible.
About you - skills, qualifications and experience
You hold post graduate tertiary qualifications ideally at MBA level, current registration with the Medical Board of Australia and have fellowship of a specialist college. You can demonstrate senior leadership experience with exposure to large scale transformation, gained in a senior executive corporate role, with a proven track record in managing complicated change efforts during times of major disruption within a business.
