The role -
We are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Manager to join the supportive and friendly team at Campbell Place Aged Care facility located in Glen Waverley on a 6 month fixed term permanent part time basis. As a Registered Nurse you will direct and facilitate the highest standards of care through best practice for all residents through leadership, development and coaching of care staff.

Our 104 bed facility is unique and so should you be. Our mission is to put customers front and centre of all that we do meaning that this role genuinely gives you the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships and provide the best clinical care to our residents.
What you will be doing –
- Conducting physical assessments of residents and ensuring quality of clinical care provided to residents meets and exceeds accreditation quality standards
- Identifying and reporting clinical risks immediately
- Promoting a positive culture
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the organisation, with residents and family members
- Ensuring that relevant compliance obligations are met
About you –
- A warm, empathetic and reliable team member
- Knowledge of accreditation procedures and standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Available to work Friday to Sunday (AM shifts 7am – 3pm)
- RN Div 1 Qualifications and current AHPRA registration
