Accounts Officer

Seeking accounts all-rounders for short and long term temp contracts. You will be working within a range of different sectors and organisation across Melbourne’s CBD and surrounding eastern suburbs.

To be successful in the position you will have a good grasp on all functions of accounts receivable and payable, accurate data entry and good knowledge of MS Office, MYOB, ERP systems will be essential to secure these roles.

Ideal applicants will possess:

- Proven experience in the above listed areas
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Can-do attitude

- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday
- Exceptional phone manner and time management skills
- Extremely organised and well presented
- Very high degree of accuracy

Knowledge in the following systems will be advantageous:

- Pentana/ERA
- Technology One
- JD Edwards
