We’re inviting applications for the role of Clinical Manager to oversee our In-Home and Respite services in the Dalby and Chinchilla communities!

Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll ensure the delivery of exceptional care through your leadership and clinical skills, enhancing your client’s experience, goals and quality of life.
You’ll lead an approach to client care that encourages their social, physical,
emotional and clinical well-being - ensuring clinical governance and quality standards are met, whilst driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Alongside a supportive peer leadership team, you’ll work towards regional and organisation-wide goals, centred on a culture of service and compassion that enables person-centred, holistic care both to residents and their families.

Your skills & experience
As an experienced, registered clinician within aged care, you’ll present with strong knowledge of Home Care packages and the complexities of care within a community environment. You’ll have a passion for client-advocacy, with a commitment to enhancing and enabling an exceptional standard of care.
While previous leadership experience is ideal, we are open to offering this as a development opportunity to those who demonstrate previous clinical leadership experience and a commitment to self-development.
You’ll present with:
- Five years clinical experience within a similar size service/facility
- Expertise and skills in financial, resource and people management
- Experience in driving ongoing quality initiatives and improvements
- Ongoing commitment to self-evaluation and professional development
- Experience driving a culture of evidence-based, person-centre care
