There will be 4-6 weeks of induction training to help you become well-equipped for the job. They will also conduct ongoing internal and external training on product, sales, and marketplace. What you will be doing
As a technical sales specialist, you will provide advice,
products and full solutions to a range of customers across your territory. This will be an office-based role based in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne with potential to progress into a field-based sales role with time and success. If needed, you will conduct customer visits, handle negotiations, and resolve technical issues. Analyse customers' needs and select the best product for them. It's also part of your duty to act as a liaison with customers and third parties to clarify technical points about the product or service.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- An engineering, chemistry or biochemistry degree
- A proven track record in commercial sales
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively by telephone & email
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Previous experience in hospital facility management or potable water quality management (filtration)
- Knowledge in mechanical engineering & project management
- The capability to work in a busy work environment
- The competence to ensure policies are followed
