Our client requires an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team ASAP, in a permanent capacity.

Your new role
As a Service Desk Analyst you will provide support to customers, management and staff. Your day to day will involve managing service desk requests, maintaining user accounts and computer assets. In addition, your role will involve:

- Hardware installation and configuration
- Video Conferencing set up
- Accounts Management
- Server patching assistance

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be an experienced Service Desk Analyst with

- Demonstrated tenure in a number of roles
- Experience across Windows OS, Microsoft
- Desktop Support experience
- Knowledge of networking
