HR Officer/ PA required for long term contract position in Northern Gold Coast.
Your new company
You will work in a small and supportive team, in this standalone HR/Administrative role. Due to the current team member going on maternity leave, this busy and established northern Gold Coast Company requires an HR/Administrator to join their office for a 12 month period. The staff are all long standing employees of the company so commitment to this role is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have a positive attitude and be willing to learn. You will be a team player able to support a busy and growing team with your exceptional organisation and can-do attitude.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Comprehensive HR administration Support.
- Assisting with any Employee Relations issues.
- Preparing and Coordination of Training programs.
- Preparing employment contracts.
- Preparing and completing all new starter documentation.
- Updating employee compliance information.
- Monthly reporting and database maintenance.
- Assisting with the full recruitment process.
- Scanning, filing and management of HR systems.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a varied HR administration role. You will have the ability to multi task and have a strong understanding of HR systems. Previous experience within a professional, dynamic and high volume team would be advantageous. You will be corporately presented and show strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
