Your new role
In this dynamic role you’ll contribute to the effective functioning of the organisations’ disability support services. You will work to identify staffing needs across various locations,
and ensure that all absences and vacancies are effectively managed.
The organisation has a pool of employees which you will draw upon to fill shifts, ensuring a quality and consistent service to the organisations clientele.
You’ll additionally be responsible for ensuring that employees receive excellent service and remain committed to the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
As a skilled administrator with experience in rosters and shift allocations, you’ll confidently hit the ground running in this role.
Candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Experience in a similar role;
- Experience using CRM and rostering systems;
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call roster with an on-call allowance;
- Excellent service delivery skills;
- High level written and verbal communication skills;
- High level organisational and time management skills; and
- Current driver’s license.
Candidates with experience working within the disability sector will be highly regarded.
