Your new company
Based in the heart of North Sydney, this niche health company is a leader in the industry with projected growth in the upcoming years. Due to this, they are keen to bring on a payroll administrator to join their team and support the payroll / HR function.
Your new role
You will be supporting a small payroll and HR team to managing their daily work load. This position will be focused on:
- Data entry and payroll processing
- Setting up new starters
- Assisting with Kiwi Saver and Super funds
- Handling queries
- Investigating payroll discrepancies
- Assisting HR with contracts and administration
- Learning the payroll function for a large organisation
- Ad hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
As this is a junior level position, you are not expected to come in with heaps of payroll experience. You will have a passion for payroll and drive to learn. You will have a high attention to detail, ability to think outside the box/problem solve and have exceptional communication skills. Exposure to payroll and payroll systems would be a huge bonus.
You must be an Australian citizen or have PR to apply as well as currently be in Sydney as this is an immediate start.
