This global ICT company requires an NV1 cleared, Service Desk Analyst to join their team permanently!

Your new company
This global provider works with the public and private sector to provide training solutions. They have a strong customer focus and believe in teamwork.

Your new role
You will provide first level technical support via phone and email and ensure all calls are logged, resolved or escalated. Your day to day will involve accounts management, troubleshooting and monitoring tickets.
The role may include on-call support on a required basis.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced Service Desk Analyst with:

- Demonstrated experience in a high volume environment
- Prior experience with Active Directory, MS Office, Windows
- Knowledge of 2008/2016 servers

** NV1 clearance required for consideration.
