Your new role
In your new role, you will be working as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant. You will be supporting the CFO and occasionally the CEO Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing incoming requests and replying in a timely manner;
- Event planning;
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers;
- Supporting the CFO with diary management,
travel management and all other facets of executive level support;
- Occasionally supporting the CEO;
- Prioritising of tasks;
- Management and administering of benefits;
- Problem solving;
- Ad hoc tasks.

In order to succeed in this position, you need to have professional communication skills. You need to be exceptionally organised and be a collaborative worker. You will have excellent time management skills. You will be an avid listener and be open to feedback from your peers. You will be innovative, forward thinking and love a new challenge.
