Job Description








This role supports the NSW Portfolio & Transaction Management Services (PTM) Occupier Services Team.  The Main function includes the following:

- Production of attractive, brand compliant and thorough documentation for client submissions and presentations and administer team marketing activities.
- Facilitate events and undertaking general administrative functions.


Qualifications


To be successful in this role you will:

- 3-4+ years of Team Assistant experience, preferably in the Real Estate Industry.
- Proactive and Self-starter
- High organisational and time management abilities
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in InDesign, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail to ensure production of consistent, quality reports, submissions, brochures and other such documentation
- Flexibility of working hours, ability to commence early or work back if necessary to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner
