Job Description








We are seeking a professional and organised Administrative Assistant to support our highly regarded Office Leasing team with data administration, marketing coordination and secretarial duties.

This part time opportunity will be flexible in regards to hours and days worked however 3 full time days as a preference (8.30am-5pm).

In this fast-paced role, you will provide support to a team of senior leasing agents through a variety of administrative duties. 

You will work collaboratively with the Office Leasing Team’s Personal Assistant and hold the following responsibilities:

- Preparing property reports, submissions, presentations and contracts
- Assisting with marketing campaigns including the production of material
- Coordinating monthly departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentations Invoicing and expense claims management
- Maintaining accurate monthly fee forecast reports
- CRM data entry and management of the system to ensure the data is up to date 
- Monthly stock updates


Qualifications


To be successful in this role you will:

- Have high attention to detail
- Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail
- Hold intermediate to advanced MS Office and InDesign skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Proactive nature with demonstrated initiative and creativity
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team structure
- Previous experience within a real estate or professional services environment highly regarded.
