At Kids on Clyde Early Learning Centre & Kindergarten, due to exciting occupancy growth we are thrilled to be recruiting for the following roles:
- Diploma
- Certificate III
- Trainees
When you come to Kids on Clyde Early Learning Centre & Kindergarten in Clyde North as an educational professional,
you will have an enthusiastic and passionate outlook for all things education and care and implement both educational and exciting experiences for our beautiful children.
More about the role:
We are looking for individuals who have a genuine interest in early childhood education and supporting children's developmental outcomes. You will work as part of an educating team, scaffolding children's ideas and interests, documenting and evaluating learning.
Engaging with families and the community, you will promote best outcomes for children in their early years, whilst being guided by the National Quality Framework, Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and Education and Care regulations.
- Passion and enthusiasm will see you assisting to lead effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of your children
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, further mentoring and support will be provided.
- You will work at all times in compliance with Government Regulations and centre policies, our Service Guiding Principles and procedures to meet high quality standards
- You will have confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families
- Contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests that include a clear cycle of reflective practice
Selection Criteria
- Certificate III, Diploma or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications or willing to obtain prior to your commencement in your exciting new role
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the EYLF and NQF, further mentoring and support will be provided.
