Novotel Surfers Paradise is seeking a Reservations All Rounder for a part-time (minimum 30 hours per week) and casual role to join our energetic team. You will handle guest reservations across channels, support multiple reservations functions, and maintain excellent service during bookings.
You will work with housekeeping, front desk and management to ensure smooth operations, manage cancellations, and stay informed about room availability, rates and promotions.
