Our team completes a variety of residential painting works, including repaints, touch-ups, surface preparation, patch repairs, and finishing works across Canberra.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, is highly organised, process-driven, and capable of managing and organising their own jobs while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. As much of our work is completed in occupied homes, excellent communication skills and respect for our customers and their properties are essential.
Here’s what we need from you:
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- Asbestos Awareness Card
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
- Strong knowledge of painting preparation, patching, and finishing works
- Process-driven with excellent organisational skills
- Honest, reliable, and able to problem-solve on the spot
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and respectful when working in customers' homes
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve your skills
