At Go Beyond Therapy, we’re looking for individuals with a big heart to join our team. We are hiring Therapy Assistants to support families of children with Autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities and behaviours of concern. This is a casual position, ideal for someone passionate about making a difference, with specific availability in school holidays.

About Us

We work with children in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne who face challenges such as intellectual disabilities and behaviours of concern. We provide therapy in community-based settings like schools, kindergartens, and family homes. Our families need someone who can not only support their child’s development but also build strong, trusting relationships that make a lasting impact.

You're looking for a flexible, casual role with a handful of hours each week,



rather than full time work. Perfect for students or anyone wanting to gain hands-on experience in paediatric therapy while building their skills and confidence

We’re looking for therapy assistants who are available before/after school hours and/or on Saturdays, with availability in the up coming January School Holidays.
