About the Role
We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment, takes pride in their food and can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes
- Maintaining consistency in food presentation and quality
- Managing food preparation and kitchen organisation
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Assisting with menu development and new ideas
- Managing stock, minimising waste and maintaining an efficient kitchen
