The Star Brisbane is seeking an Administration Assistant to support our Food & Beverage and Events team. You will be the information hub, handling guest enquiries, dining reservations, onboarding, and general admin across the department.

Reporting to the General Manager F&B; and Events, you will collaborate with venue leaders and stakeholders, providing professional service in a rapid-paced hospitality setting.
