The Opportunity

We’re seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join us in a casual production role at our Taren Point facility. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Manually load and stack 20 kg bagged products
- Operate bagging machinery safely and efficiently
- Handle, lift and transport bags in line with OH&S; standards
- Monitor production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Multitask and prioritise workloads to support team requirements
- Maintain punctuality, personal presentation and a proactive, “can-do” attitude

Skills & Experience

- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery operation




- Ability to lift and carry 20 kg repeatedly throughout the shift
- Demonstrated understanding of workplace health & safety (OH&S;)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential
- A self-starter attitude with high levels of energy and reliability
