Lumia Care Pty seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team servicing Bayside and South Melbourne regions in Cheltenham, VIC. The role offers autonomy in delivering home-based nursing care with a Monday–Friday day pattern and travel between client homes.

As a Community RN, you will perform assessments, manage catheters, wound care, medications, and care planning, liaising with GPs and allied health professionals to support clients' independence and wellbeing.
