NRMA Parks & Resorts invites applications for a casual Guest Service Agent at Tathra Beachfront Holiday Park. You’ll be the friendly face for guests, with weekend and public holiday availability required. The role offers approximately 25 hours per week and may require additional hours during peak times.
You will manage reservations, invoices, and guest check-ins/outs, answer calls and emails, and liaise with other departments to ensure rooms and services are ready and meet guest needs.
