MM Electrical Varsity Lakes is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team.
We are a busy electrical wholesaler servicing electrical contractors, tradespeople and businesses across the Gold Coast. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Whether you have experience in the electrical industry or are looking to develop a career in electrical wholesale, we're interested in hearing from you.
About the role
Working as part of our internal sales team, you'll play an important role in looking after our customers and helping keep their businesses running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with product enquiries and sales.
Building strong relationships with existing customers.
Processing customer orders and providing accurate quotations.
Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products.
Working with suppliers to source products and find solutions.
Supporting the warehouse and delivery team when required.
Maintaining a high standard of customer service and presentation.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Ideally, you'll have:
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Confidence when dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
A willingness to learn about electrical products and the industry.
Electrical wholesale or trade industry experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential. The right attitude and desire to succeed are just as important.
