MedHealth Group's Ability Action Australia is growing its Concierge Team and seeks a proactive, people-focused individual to guide participants from referral to booking and ensure ongoing support.
This office-based role can be located in Penrith or Alexandria, and focuses on responsiveness, organisation and outcomes. You’ll reach out by phone, SMS and email, manage referrals and bookings in systems, and coordinate with clinicians to prioritise appointments.
