You will coordinate maintenance schedules and statutory compliance across campuses and student accommodation, acting as the central link between requests, internal facilities teams and external contractors.

You will develop planned maintenance, manage Archibus data, and ensure secure, compliant operations while driving efficiency and timely service delivery.
