This is a fast-paced workplace, so we're looking for someone mature, commercially minded and confident operating at a senior level. Someone who can set the direction, build strong relationships, lead a team and take ownership of multiple campaigns and priorities while remaining hands-on when needed.

The role:

- Lead and execute PR strategies aligned with wider brand and marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage influencer, talent, media and brand partnerships.
- Build relationships across Australia, the US and UK markets.
- Oversee campaigns, product launches, brand activations and PR events.
- Manage PR budgets, talent negotiations and external partnerships.
- Work closely with Social, Creative, Marketing and eCommerce teams.
- Lead, mentor and develop the existing PR team, including one direct reports.

What we're looking for:

- Strong experience across PR, influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
- Background within fashion,



beauty, lifestyle or eCommerce.
- Established relationships with media, talent, influencers and agencies.
- Experience managing international campaigns and talent negotiations.
- Proven experience leading and developing a team.
- A mature, polished and confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders.
- Someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with strong commercial awareness, initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
