About the Role

We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and help lead a high-performing kitchen team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the delivery of exceptional food, maintaining high standards, and developing the team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Support daily kitchen operations and service delivery.
- Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are met.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen administration.




- Coach and develop kitchen team members.
- Maintain food safety and WHS compliance.
- Support events, functions and seasonal menu delivery.
- Act as Head Chef when required.

What You'll Bring

- Experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie or similar.
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Experience leading and mentoring kitchen teams.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- A positive, collaborative approach and passion for hospitality.
- Hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain).
