Senior Desktop Support Analyst - Google Workspace

We’re looking for a Senior SupportAnalyst with strongGoogle Workspace, Mac and Windowsexperience to join a busy technology environment on an initial 3-month contract.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person people turn to when technology isn’t playing nicely — whether that’s troubleshooting aGoogle Workspaceissue, managing devices through Intune or Jamf, or getting a user back up and running quickly.

What you’ll be doing

- Providing Level 2/3 service desk / desktop support across hardware, software andnetworking
- Supporting Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Entra ID and Active Directory
- Managing and troubleshooting devices through Microsoft Intune and Jamf
- Assisting with device provisioning, configuration, compliance and deployment
- Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, applications, printers and peripherals
- Managing incidents and requests through an ITSM platform




- Escalating more complex issues while taking ownership through to resolution
- Supporting users across a fast-paced corporate environment

To be sucessful in this role, you will need tobe a confident support professional who can combine solid technical skills with great customer service.

Ideally, youwill have experience with:

- Hands-on Jamf and Microsoft Intune experience
- Strong Google Workspace, Mac and Windows troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to hit the ground running in a contract environment

This is an intial 3 monthcontract with an immediate start, working within a professional technology team where you’ll gain exposure to a broad Microsoft environment and make an immediate impact.
