We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves retail, enjoys leading people and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of running a busy store.

The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly, supporting the team and ensuring our customers have a excellent experience every time they visit.

This fulltime opportunity will include some weekend work, with flexibility to provide overnight shift coverage when required.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
- Leading, inspiring and supporting a positive, high-performing team
- Delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example
- Assisting with staff rosters, day books and general store administration
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety
- Ensuring stock is well presented, shelves are full and the store is ready for trade
- Helping train and develop team members




- Stepping up and taking charge when the Store Manager is away
- Providing overnight shift coverage when required to support the business

What We're Looking For:

- Previous retail, hospitality or convenience store experience, ideally in a supervisory or management role
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Someone who takes pride in a clean, well-presented store
- Confidence with basic administration, rostering and daily store procedures
- Flexibility to work regular weekends, including overnight shifts when required
