Job Title: Experienced Relief Milker (Holiday Cover)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and competent Relief Milker to step into our Gloucester operation and cover upcoming staff holidays. Because this is a relief position, you must be fully competent in all facets of a dairy operation from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing full milking shifts independently or as part of a small team
- Herd management, livestock handling, and heat detection/health monitoring
- Dairy plant wash-down and strict adherence to milk quality protocols
- Assisting with basic daily stock feeding and dairy routines

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience is essential: You must be confident and capable across all standard dairy operations.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working unsupervised.
- Current driver's licence is required.
