About the Role

Join the Customer Care team of a leading manufacturing organisation, supporting customers and dealers with inbound enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls, providing professional and friendly service.
- Respond to customer and dealer enquiries by phone, email and other channels.
- Record customer concerns and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Provide product information and process technical support and service requests.




- Allocate service jobs to service agents or refer them to the Service Delivery team.
- Follow internal processes and procedures.

About You

- At least 12 months’ experience in a contact centre setting.
- Strong telephone communication skills and the ability to manage challenging conversations.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and teamwork skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- A typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
- SAP CRM experience is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with product components, fault codes and terminology is an advantage.
