Here, you'll bring your expertise to challenges that matter, alongside people who think boldly and are determined to make a difference.What you'll doAs a Senior Mechanical / Piping Engineer in our Industrial Mechanical Practice based in Melbourne or Adelaide, you'll take on detailed mechanical and piping engineering design across oil & gas, minerals & metals, industrial process, power, defence, water and data centre projects, helping shape solutions for our clients and communities. You'll work across disciplines, test ideas and find better ways to solve complex engineering problems.Your role will include, but not be limited to, opportunities to:Deliver detailed mechanical and piping engineering design for piping and pumped systems, pressure equipment and pipelinesCarry out piping and mechanical engineering analysis that supports sound design decisionsSelect and specify mechanical equipment and contribute to equipment engineering designSupport engineering design management and guide engineers and designers on project deliverablesWork with multidisciplinary teams and clients to solve technical challenges from concept to deliveryYour experience and expertiseA relevant mechanical engineering qualification is essentialEligibility for Chartered status with Engineers Australia is highly regarded5 to 7 years' post-graduate industrial engineering experience in oil & gas, minerals & metals, industrial process, power,



defence and/or water industriesDetailed mechanical/piping engineering experience, ideally with some engineering management or supervisory experienceExperience in one or more of: piping and pumped systems, piping and pressure equipment engineering design/stress analysis, pipelinesKnowledge of piping stress analysis software such as Bentley AutoPIPE and/ or CAESAR II is requiredStrong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skillsHow we support your growthEngineering possibilities for your career means having room to shape what comes next.
