Direct IT is seeking an ICT Support Officer to manage assets and software licenses through our ICT asset management system. This full time role offers a base salary of circa $80-100k plus super.
You will maintain documentation, monitor security patches, administer backups, and support clients with timely, well-documented requests. You will also engage in some web or system development as needed and help ensure patches are tested before deploying to live sites.
