Job Description

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst IT (ECP Payroll) to support, maintain and enhance our payroll technology environment.

Working closely with Payroll, People &Culture; and Finance, this role will take ownership of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) support and enhancements, while also providing foundational support across SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

Key responsibilities:

- Support and enhance SAP ECP to ensure accurate and timely payrollprocessing.
- Deliver payroll system upgrades, statutory changes and continuous improvements.
- Configure payroll schemas, personnel calculation rules, wage types and payrollcontrols.
- Maintain integrations across Employee Central, ECP, time management and financesystems.
- Troubleshoot payroll, replication and interface issues through root-causeanalysis.
- Support testing, change management, releases and systemupgrades.
- Partner with Payroll, People &Culture;, Finance and external SAP supportproviders.
- Maintain system controls, access, documentation and compliance requirements.





Qualifications

- SAP Employee Central Payroll certification isessential.
- 3 + years’ experience supporting or implementing SAP ECP or SAP HCMPayroll.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and configuration.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central to ECP integrations and data replication.
- Working knowledge of Employee Central core configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience with multi-country payroll, time and attendance, finance integration, ABAP, ServiceNow or complex payroll environments such as mining will be highlyregarded.

You will be well suited to this role if you are apractical problem-solver who enjoys working across technical systems and business teams, with astrong focus on accuracy, service and continuous improvement.
