Field Service Representative - Puckapunyal

Hanwha Defence Australia (HDA) is a comprehensive defence solution provider, building on the strengths of its portfolio, which includes artillery systems, armoured vehicles, air defence systems, and unmanned ground systems. The role of the Field Service Representative (FSR) is to provide repair and maintenance expertise to ensure that Hanwha and Commonwealth-owned Mission Systems maintain a high level of vehicle availability for daily tasking by Hanwha or Defence units. Reporting to the Field Service Representative Supervisor, the role of the FSR will primarily involve maintenance services and support activities like repairs and maintenance of mission system equipment and serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Hanwha designed and built equipment.





Technical support will also be provided to projects, production, training, and business development activities as required. The FSR will also be required to provide on-the-job training to Army and/or Contracted maintainers and operators of the vehicles. The FSR will be required to travel locally, interstate, and overseas to support Hanwha-Defence Australia needs and for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) related activities.

Duties will also involve practical fieldwork and periods of absence from the home setting in all seasons during the conduct and delivery of support and training to the client.
