You will work across React, Java Spring Boot, REST APIs & microservices, helping shape end-to-end solutions for our Australian & New Zealand digital banking platformsTop Role Accountabilities & Responsibilities:Lead technical delivery across our online banking applications, APIs & microservicesDesign, development, testing, debugging & remediationTranslate architecture & business requirements into practical, maintainable engineering solutionsProvide technical direction, conduct design & code reviews, & coach engineers across the squadChampion clean code, automated testing, CI/CD & secure engineering practicesWork with Azure DevOps pipelines & support deployment & release readinessDesign for performance, scalability, security, resilience, accessibility & observabilityIdentify technical debt, dependencies & opportunities to improve platform reliabilitySupport production services, including incident investigation, root cause analysis & resolution of priority issuesParticipate in an on-call arrangement when required for priority incidentsTo be successful, you will have:You’re an experienced engineer who can move comfortably between writing code, solving complex technical problems & bringing other engineers along with you.10+ years’ software engineering experience,
