Heritage Minerals is gearing up to breathe new life into the historic Mount Morgan Mine, and we're looking for an experienced Processing Supervisor to be part of this exciting recent chapter!

This is your opportunity to join a newly built processing plant, lead an operational team and play a key role in establishing safe, efficient and productive processing operations from the ground up.

We are particularly interested in candidates from Mount Morgan, Rockhampton and surrounding Central Queensland communities, or those willing to relocate and become part of our local workforce.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Processing Supervisor, you will take ownership of daily processing operations, leading your team to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of safety, plant performance and operational discipline.

You'll be working across multiple areas of our new processing plant, with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience in our innovative ReCYN processing technology – a significant point of difference for the Mount Morgan operation.

We are looking for someone with strong CIL (Carbon-in-Leach) experience. If you also bring ISA mill experience, you'll certainly stand out!

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who leads from the front, understands the importance of processing discipline and knows how to get the best out of their people and equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

- Supervise and coordinate daily processing operations to achieve production targets and operational objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop processing operators, building a capable, engaged and safety-focused team.
- Drive safe work practices and ensure compliance with site procedures,



legislation and industry standards.
- Monitor plant performance, availability and utilisation, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Analyse production data, identify operational trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with Maintenance to coordinate activities, maximise equipment availability and minimise operational interruptions.
- Conduct regular plant inspections, ensuring equipment, processes and work areas meet operational and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports and operational documentation.
- Promote accountability, teamwork and a strong culture of operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership position within mineral processing.
- Strong CIL processing experience is essential.
- Certificate III in Resource Processing / Mineral Processing or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in mineral processing or a similar mining environment.
- ISA mill experience will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to, or an interest in developing an understanding of, ReCYN technology.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- A sound understanding of plant availability, utilisation, production performance and continuous improvement.
- A genuine commitment to safety, accountability and developing your team.
- The ability to work hands‑on,



adapt to changing operational demands and lead confidently in a fast‑paced environment.

THE ROSTER & WHAT'S ON OFFER

This is a permanent, salaried position offering an attractive lifestyle roster and the opportunity to be part of a significant mining operation.

- Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off, followed by 7 nights on / 7 days off (8/6, 7/7).
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts.
- Employment: Permanent full-time salaried position.
- Location: Mount Morgan, Queensland.
- Lifestyle: Home after every swing, with genuine time to enjoy life outside of work.
