The College is seeking a professional and experienced ICT & AV Support Technician to join our team. The ICT & AV Support Technician will assist with the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure, supporting web-based technologies and provide frontline technical support to our College community. Day to day tasks and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Act as the first point of contact for Service Desk requests

Provide proactive support to staff, students, and external clients within agreed service levels

Maintain the ICT asset database, including records of hardware and software issues and their resolutions

Assist with the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and support of Microsoft 365, network, firewall, file and print services, antivirus systems, and other technologies

Maintain user account systems, including creating, modifying, and deleting user and group network accounts

Provide first-level support for classroom, meeting room, chapel,



and event audio visual systems

Support College events, assemblies, performances, parent information evenings, and other activities requiring audio visual services

About You:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team player

Humility and servant attitude, model a positive example of Christian community interactions with staff, students and the wider community

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Experience with Apple Mac and iPad support and administration

Ability to solve problems and generate workable solutions

A current Blue Card (working with children check).
